New Book Revisits Berny Dohrmann, CEO Space and the People Who Powered The Space
TelAve News/10904786
Bruce Goldwell's The Superconductors II draws on his firsthand CEO Space experience to explore the leaders, mentors and connectors who demonstrated the power of contribution, collaboration, relationships and possibility.
ORLANDO, Fla. - TelAve -- Author and Vietnam veteran Bruce Goldwell announces the release of The Superconductors II: The People Who Powered CEO Space and Changed Lives Through Connection, Leadership, and Possibility, a new book inspired by his firsthand experiences with Berny Dohrmann and the entrepreneurial community known as CEO Space.
Goldwell first encountered Dohrmann and CEO Space during one of the most difficult periods of his life. Although Goldwell was homeless at the time, he says The Space was an environment where he was not judged by his circumstances. Instead, he discovered that he could contribute by connecting people, sharing ideas and helping others move closer to their goals.
That experience helped shape an idea Goldwell calls the human Superconductor: a person who allows knowledge, encouragement, relationships, introductions and opportunity to flow through them for the benefit of others.

The book places Berny Dohrmann at the center of the CEO Space story, with September Dohrmann representing leadership and continuity. It also explores lessons represented by Les Brown, Sharon Lechter, Dr. David Gruder, Jill Lublin, Shannon Procise, Nancy Matthews, Randy Peyser, Tracy Hazzard, Rodney Flowers, Sharla Jacobs, Stacey Chillemi and other people connected with The Space.
Beyond individual profiles, The Superconductors II examines Connection Capital, Coopetition, the Seven Traits of a Superconductor, and why the rooms people enter can dramatically affect what they believe is possible.
Goldwell also challenges readers to put the philosophy into practice through a 30-Day Superconductor Challenge built around introductions, encouragement, knowledge-sharing and opening doors for others.
"The measure of a Superconductor is not how much success stops with them," Goldwell writes. "It is how much possibility passes through them on its way to someone else."
