NEW PRODUCT: Convey Gases and Fine Materials in Hot Environments with the New High Temperature Threaded Line Vac

TelAve News/10873819
CINCINNATI, Ohio, Aug. 21, 2025 ~ Cincinnati, OH - EXAIR, a leading manufacturer of industrial compressed air products, has recently released their new High Temperature Line Vacs. These innovative products are designed to convert hose, tube, or pipe into a powerful in-line conveying system suitable for use with high temperature materials or in areas of high heat up to 900ºF (482ºC).

The High Temperature Line Vacs are fitted with NPT threaded ends, making them easily mountable onto threaded pipes. This efficient solution is perfect for fine material conveyance, sampling hot flue gases, exhausting fumes, and conveying soot, ashes, salts and other hot debris.

One recent application of the High Temperature Line Vacs was in a soup manufacturing process where they were used to exhaust steam. The Line Vacs utilize a small amount of compressed air to produce strong vacuum and flow. The model offers a durable construction from either Type 303 or Type 316 stainless steel to resist high temperature, corrosion and contamination while maintaining a compact design for fitting into tight areas.

The compressed air pressure can be regulated to provide infinite control of the conveyance rate and allows for precision when planning applications. The High Temperature Line Vacs also feature no moving parts which ensures performance over extended use.

These CE compliant products are available in nine sizes ranging from 3/8" to 3". For larger applications such as hopper loading, scrap trim removal, small part transfer, and packaging there are smooth "clamp type" options or NPT threaded versions available. Prices for the High Temperature Line Vacs start at $575.
