Youth Bureau

The New Rochelle Youth Bureau's Youth Council and Maffei Landscape Inc. are sponsoring their Annual Give a Gift which provides gifts to children of New Rochelle families in need during the holiday season. Last year, the youth bureau provided gifts to over 300 new Rochelle children in need.
