BOSSIER CITY, La. - TelAve -- Bossier City, LA — The North Louisiana Football Alliance (NLFA) announced the continued expansion of its Life Skills Program, a comprehensive off-field development initiative designed to provide post-graduate athletes with real-world career pathways, workforce readiness training, and long-term stability beyond football.

The NLFA Life Skills Program was created to address a growing need among young athletes whose college opportunities may be limited or uncertain, while still providing structure, mentorship, and tangible next steps toward employment or skilled training. While the NLFA serves as a spring developmental football league, its mission extends far beyond competition.

The NLFA Life Skills Program is designed to produce measurable results. The league's objective is that each participating athlete exits the program with at least one of the following:
