The acquisition builds on the recent launch of Nufabrx's compression socks, adding a complementary product that strengthens its position in the footcare category. It also supports Nufabrx's entry into the sports recovery market, while extending Elos beyond sporting goods into broader healthcare and clinical applications.

Elos Thermal will operate as a business unit under Nufabrx Holdings and will be integrated into Nufabrx's existing commercial channels, with a focus on expanding distribution and refining its long-term go-to-market strategy.

Elos founders Anthony Dragisics and Thunlwyn Garcia will join Nufabrx to lead business development and commercial expansion.
