Ontario-Based Artios Metals Launches to Connect Spent Catalyst with Global Recovery Markets
TelAve News/10905401
RICHMOND HILL, Ontario - TelAve -- Artios Metals Inc., an Ontario based industrial metals sourcing and trading company, has launched with a focus on connecting spent catalysts, complex metal-bearing materials and secondary raw materials with qualified recovery and downstream processing markets worldwide.
Artios Metals works across refinery, petrochemical, chemical, industrial and metals-recovery supply chains, with commercial interest in materials containing nickel, molybdenum, cobalt, copper, tungsten and platinum-group metals.
Target material streams include spent hydroprocessing catalysts, Ni/NiMo/NiCo materials, Cu/CuZn catalysts, molybdenum- and tungsten-bearing materials, alumina-supported catalysts, powders, fines, residues, off-specification materials and other complex secondary raw materials.
Many industrial materials retain significant recoverable metal value after their original useful life, but identifying the appropriate commercial and downstream route can be complicated. Material chemistry, physical form, quantity, moisture, logistics, regulatory requirements and processor capabilities can all affect the viability of a transaction.

Artios Metals was established to help bridge that gap. Our role is to bring together material owners, qualified processors and global recovery markets with clear commercial terms, responsive communication and disciplined execution."
Rather than applying a single recovery route to every material, Artios evaluates opportunities individually. Depending on the material and transaction, the company works to develop commercial options, coordinate logistics and documentation, and identify suitable downstream markets based on material characteristics and processing requirements.
The company also works with recycling, refining and industrial partners seeking reliable sources of metal-bearing secondary raw materials.
The launch comes at a time of increasing attention to circular industrial supply chains and the recovery of strategic metals from secondary resources. Spent petroleum catalysts can contain metals including nickel, molybdenum, cobalt, vanadium and platinum-group metals, making appropriate recovery routes commercially and environmentally important.

Artios Metals intends to build long-term relationships with industrial material generators, recyclers, refiners and metal consumers across North America and international markets.
