POMPANO BEACH, Fla. - TelAve -- POMPANO BEACH, Fla. — Out of the Box Fitness (OOTB) is proud to announce the inaugural HalfROX Hybrid Challenge, an exciting hybrid fitness competition designed to challenge participants through a combination of running and functional fitness. OOTB is a HYROX Training Club.

The event features a 4-kilometer run paired with eight functional fitness stations, creating an exhilarating race that tests endurance, strength, power, agility, and mental toughness. Participants may compete individually or as a two-person team.

As hybrid fitness racing continues to grow in popularity worldwide, HalfROX provides South Florida athletes with an opportunity to experience the excitement of race-day competition in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether preparing for larger hybrid races, looking for a new personal challenge, or simply seeking a fun fitness experience, HalfROX offers something for every fitness level.
