The complaint was officially received and docketed ("clocked live") by the {Pinal County Superior Court} in Florence, Arizona on March 12, 2026, under Case Number: CV202600961.

Mr. Rawlinson is remaining "tight-lipped" about the specifics of the case, as advised by his company's legal counsel. However, he has indicated plans to reach out early next month to the Eloy Burger King location, Burger King Corporation, and Restaurant Brands International in an effort to resolve the matter amicably through settlement, if possible.
