With buildings accounting for nearly two-thirds of New York City's carbon emissions, NYC Accelerator has provided free assistance to over 20,000 buildings – boosting energy performance, improving air quality and resident comfort, and helping owners avoid fines.

For 30 years, PCA has been at the forefront of sustainable, equitable architecture, specializing in Passive House design, modular construction, deep energy retrofits, and low-carbon building strategies.
