In forming this strategic partnership, PEERS and eBrake will combine forces to (1) educate drivers about the dangers of distracted driving using PEERS' augmented reality distracted driving simulator (ARDDES) and (2) promote the activation of eBrake within families, fleets, employers, employees, and communities across the country. The partnership will also support the corporate policies, laws, and enforcement that mandates the use of hands-free technologies for drivers of any type of vehicle.

When eBrake detects motion, it locks the device and blocks incoming notifications. Most importantly, eBrake cannot be turned-off or shut-down by the driver when the vehicle is in motion.
