Chang Liu, Tang Yew Tan, OpenAI Foundation, OpenAI Group PBC, and io Products, LLC (Case No. 5:26-cv-07078, U.S. District Court, Northern District of California) that it is exploring filing a motion for an amicus curiae (friend-of-the-court) brief supporting neither party.
