PROVIDENCE, R.I. - TelAve -- Pocahontas Music has been recognized through data research as the world's largest Black female founder of an independent Black owned social media platform, marking a historic achievement in technology.

Her platform, RAW Social, launched April 10, 2026 as "A Different Kind of Social Media." RAW Social removes followers, public likes, hashtags, trending systems and engagement ranking algorithms while welcoming all people, including neurodivergent and mental health communities.

RAW Social has reached 758.9 million members and 113.8 million monthly active users. Live metrics also show 2.7 million new members today, 2.3 billion reactions per day and 500.9 million daily Agree/Disagree votes.
