Tobias sees more than 4,000 pitch decks a year and writes about 10 checks. "For every company I back, there are hundreds of CEOs for whom I'm just not the right investor," said Tobias. Investor Match is priced only to cover server costs, and any proceeds beyond that go to charity through the Incisive Fellowship. "Founders are already stretched thin when they raise," Tobias said. "The tools that help them shouldn't be built to extract as much money from them as possible. This one is built to help them get funded."

How it works
A founder uploads a pitch deck. Investor Match delivers a deck teardown, reading the deck the way a partner would across sector, stage, traction, business model and raise size. It then returns 20 investor matches ranked by an explainable fit score, drawn from a database of more than 15,000 investors from pre-seed to growth. Each match includes an investor dossier, portfolio companies, contact channels and AI-drafted outreach emails, plus an outreach tracking dashboard.
