Powell brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight from his success leading Managecore to rapid growth to become a recognized leading MSP. In his new position as CSO, Powell will continue to provide executive sponsorship to Protera's strategic partners with a focus on SAP, Google Cloud, AWS and Microsoft.

Nick Miletich has been appointed to the position of Protera's Chief Operation Officer (COO), transitioning from his role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Managecore. Miletich brings extensive experience in technology and SAP operations management from his tenure within the MSP industry. In his new role at Protera, Miletich will oversee the company's operational strategies and enhance process efficiencies while providing support to the company's growth and innovation objectives. He will also spearhead the Applications (AMS), Client Engagement (PMs/CSMs) and Cloud Operations teams.
