UXBRIDGE, U.K. - TelAve -- Investigative desks and court correspondents are urged to immediately query the High Court King's Bench Division regarding Claim Number: KB-2025-004650

The defendants—including the police force and the former Prime Minister Keir Starmer—have executed a coordinated obstruction of justice. While using state surveillance machinery to monitor the Claimant's devices and completely block all confidential access to legal counsel, the defendants have successfully manipulated the court's administrative queue to strike out the claim in the absence of representation.

The Claimant, Buppha Wittaya-Amponpunt, has filed an urgent dual-application:

1. An emergency Application to Set Aside the Strike-Out under CPR rules.
2. An emergency Application for an Interim Injunction to halt unlawful surveillance and restore unhindered access to solicitors.

The Police Defendant's legal representatives DWF Law LLP have formally emailed threats to oppose both applications, fully aware that the Claimant is being denied the right to legal counsel. Immediate public and media scrutiny is required to prevent a catastrophic failure of the rule of law.
