Nationally-recognized Speaker, Advocate, ans Coach Jill Hollander Calls Leaders to Navigate Global Transition through Recognition, Reframing, and Reinvention
NEW YORK - TelAve -- If the last two years have shown us anything, it's that resiliency is paramount when it comes to how leaders evaluate and navigate their own 'new normals' within their organizations- and their lives. Simply put, it's not just the professional landscape that has changed, but the world as we knew it and the people living in it. It's only by acknowledging these changes- by honoring the transition- that leaders will be able survive- and THRIVE- in the face of adversity.
"I was born with a congenital heart defect that required a heart transplant before I graduated from high school. I've triumphed over Lymphoma six times, only deepening my determination to rise above, to honor the transitions and to actively craft a life I love. So when I talk about the non-negotiable need for discovering our true confidence and resilience, I've got plenty of real life practice. The last two years have been a testament to both, on a global scale."
- Jill Hollander
Jill's message is simple: If you want to be a leader today, you're going to have to do it differently than ever before. Her signature three-pronged approach provides leaders the roadmap to do just that.

1. Recognize Your Courage. Begin by understanding the situation. Once it's labeled, allow yourself to feel whatever comes up internally, then use those feelings as the catalysts for change. The simple act of acknowledging the situation- and pausing to reflect- upholds our personal power. Name it, Claim it, Change it.
2. Reframe Your Challenge. Find, use and own your own voice. We will always be our own biggest advocates, which means that we are each responsible for using our voices to speak up, make change, lead by example and take whatever action is necessary to improve the situation. It is the leader's job to create solutions.
3. Reinvent Your Life. As a result of honoring a challenge and then taking ownership over its outcome, we are able to change our lives on a deep and impactful level. Not only do we become aware of our own power to control our responses, but we discover that authentic confidence and innate resiliency that's already inside each of us.
More than 65% of people report being dissatisfied with their work and are actively looking to better their lives, starting with their jobs. Only the leaders who are paying attention- and are willing to evolve at the deep, holistic level the American workforce is calling for- are going to come out of this on top.

"To many of us, the last two years feel like a blur. And as life moves further and further into the 'new normal,' it can be easy for us to feel that we're done with that season. But the reality is that just because we're done doesn't mean it's over, nor that it never happened. Leaders who are unwilling to acknowledge and honor the incredible changes that have happened- both in their organizations and within the people who work within them- will not be leading for long. "
- Jill Hollander
As the world reopens and leaders have no choice but to re-evaluate what their organizations will look like moving forward, we have watched as long-believed myths have been disproven and employees' visions for their futures soar to new heights. Those leaders and organizations best able to adapt to these changes and seize this opportunity for deeper connection and alignment within their teams are the ones who will ultimately thrive when the dust settles.
