Rival to Host "Beyond the Tech" Virtual Panel on the Human Side of Insurtech Transformation
TelAve News/10896564
TORONTO - TelAve -- Rival will host Beyond the Tech, a live virtual panel discussion bringing together leaders from across the insurance and insurtech space to explore the people, process, and experience challenges shaping modern transformation.
The event will take place virtually on Thursday, May 28 at 1:00 PM ET.
While technology continues to evolve rapidly across the industry, Beyond the Tech will explore why successful transformation depends on more than technology alone. Drawing from perspectives across operations, customer experience, organizational leadership, and insurtech, the panel will focus on what it actually takes to make change work in practice.
"At Rival, we spend a lot of time talking with brokers and industry partners about transformation from different angles, whether that's technology, operations, customer experience, or people," said Ellen Quinn of Rival, who will moderate the discussion. "We wanted this panel to be an honest conversation about what change actually looks like in practice and what it really takes to make it work."
