CINCINNATI - TelAve -- Rock Your Beauty, a Cincinnati-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering women through confidence, community, and fashion, announces its 5th Annual Rock Your Beauty Fashion Show, taking place Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Memorial Hall (1225 Elm Street, Cincinnati, OH).

This year's show marks a major milestone for the organization: its fifth runway production overall and its second since becoming an official nonprofit — a sign of the group's rapid growth and expanding impact across the region.

More than a fashion show, Rock Your Beauty is known for producing high-energy, emotionally powerful runway experiences that spotlight real women and real stories. The 2026 theme, "Disco Revival," brings the shimmer, soul, and swagger of the late '70s and early '80s back to life, promising a night of sequins, statement style, and unapologetic self-expression.

A Fundraiser with Lasting Impact

The Rock Your Beauty Fashion Show serves as the organization's largest annual fundraiser, supporting programs that help women build confidence, rediscover their identity, and step boldly into new chapters of life.

A highlight of the evening will be the continued expansion of the organization's Glow Up Awards, an initiative designed to support underserved women in Cincinnati.

Funded by proceeds from the fashion show, each Glow Up Award provides up to $1,000 for professional attire, hair, and makeup services, helping women prepare for job interviews, career transitions, and major life milestones with confidence and dignity. Rock Your Beauty works alongside local nonprofits, shelters, and rehabilitation centers to identify women ready for a fresh start.

In addition to empowering recipients, the program also invests directly back into the community by partnering with women-owned and women-centered small businesses throughout Cincinnati.

The organization plans to expand the Glow Up Awards program in April, increasing its reach and deepening its impact for women across the Cincinnati community.

Founder Shares Excitement for Growth

"This is such a meaningful moment for us," said Sian Bitner-Kearney, Founder and Executive Director of Rock Your Beauty. "This will be our fifth show overall, but only our second as an official nonprofit, and the growth we've experienced has been incredible. What started as a single runway event has become a movement of women lifting each other up. I'm especially excited that we'll be announcing new improvements to our Glow Up Awards at this year's show — we're expanding our impact and creating even more opportunities for women in our community to step into their power."
