PALM COAST, Fla. - TelAve -- The Rotary Club of Flagler Beach and its Bunnell Satellite will host Discover Rotary, a welcoming orientation and social for prospective members, on Wednesday, Oct. 14, at 6 p.m. at Craves Coastal Kitchen & Cocktails in Flagler Beach at 2000 S. Ocean Shore Blvd.

In addition to learning about Rotary's service work, attendees will have time to network with local business and community leaders and ask questions about membership and involvement.

The evening will feature a brief presentation on Rotary, remarks from Club President Mickey Ulmer, and the local premiere of the 2.5-minute viral video "Rotary Revolutionary Rap."

Committee chairs will be available to answer questions and share information about the club's service projects, which support needs locally and around the world, including peacebuilding and conflict prevention; disease prevention and treatment; water, sanitation and hygiene; maternal and child health; basic education and literacy; community economic development; and environmental protection.
