Sagan Cunningham faces charges and extradition in alleged child sexual exploitation conspiracy

ALBANY, N.Y. - TelAve -- Sagan Cunningham of Albany, New York, is facing criminal charges in Pennsylvania in connection with an alleged conspiracy involving human trafficking and child sexual abuse material, according to court records and authorities.

Cunningham is accused of conspiring with Pittsburgh-area defendant Oleksiy Levkovskyy. Levkovskyy was recently arrested and is facing charges of human trafficking and possession of child sexual abuse material. Investigators allege that more than 500 gigabytes of digital files were recovered during the investigation.

According to the criminal complaint, Cunningham is facing a charge related to the possession of child sexual abuse material, as well as a separate charge of attempted destruction of property. The charging documents allege that the defendants' actions were connected, although authorities have not released additional details about the alleged conspiracy.

Cunningham was arrested in New York and is currently awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania. Authorities say Cunningham will be returned to the Pittsburgh area, where the case is expected to proceed in court. Cunningham was booked on $500,000 bail, according to court records.

The FBI is also involved in the investigation. Local and federal investigators are reviewing digital files, electronic devices and other evidence connected to the case.
