Bender, founder of Beth Bender Beauty, brings decades of experience in beauty innovation, formulation, and product development, with a history of creating artistry-led tools and formulas grounded in both performance and practicality. Her experience building beauty brands and developing products informed by real consumer needs, helped shape Sainte Labs from inception.

She partnered with Robin, a 30-year film and television makeup artist whose work has spanned some of the industry's most demanding environments, where products must perform flawlessly under studio lighting, high-definition cameras, and long production days. Her credits include Dancing with the Stars, Hacks, The Offer, The Flight Attendant, Abbott Elementary, Killers of the Flower Moon, and most recently, Department Head for K-Pops! The movie, written, directed, and starring Anderson .Paak.
