SecurePoint USA Opens Sandbox Walkthroughs For Regulated Access
TelAve News/10898305
SecurePoint USA previews Regulated Access, a pre-access compliance review product for regulated facilities that need structured intake, screening workflows, access decisions, and audit-ready evidence.
DOVER, Del. - TelAve -- SecurePoint USA has opened sandbox walkthrough requests for SecurePoint Regulated Access, a pre-access compliance review product built for organizations that need to decide, document, and defend controlled access before it happens.
Regulated Access is designed for regulated facilities, defense-adjacent organizations, ITAR and EAR environments, CMMC Level 2 candidates, contractor access programs, and teams managing sensitive visitor or foreign national review workflows. The product is not positioned as a basic sign-in sheet or front desk visitor log. It is built around the access decision itself: who is requesting access, why access is needed, what scope is being requested, who reviewed it, what screening or match-resolution steps were completed, and what evidence exists after the decision.

The current product surface includes structured request intake, host and site selection, access-scope capture, document handling, reviewer queues, information requests, approval and denial workflows, match resolution, evidence exports, and audit-focused records. SecurePoint USA is using sandbox walkthroughs to help qualified teams compare their real access-review process against the product and identify where a scoped pilot may fit.
"Sensitive access decisions should not live in inboxes, spreadsheets, or disconnected approval chains," said Tim, CEO of SecurePoint USA. "Regulated Access is being built to give teams one place to capture the request, run the review, record the decision, and preserve the evidence. The goal is simple: make the decision process easier to operate and easier to defend later."
The walkthrough process is intended for organizations evaluating contractor access, foreign national access, controlled facility entry, sensitive visitor review, or compliance-driven access approvals. SecurePoint USA does not represent Regulated Access as a replacement for legal counsel, export-control determinations, federal authorization, or a customer's written compliance program.
