ATLANTA - TelAve -- SEM Link is teeing up a fun new way to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). On Saturday, August 29, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the organization's Community STEM Program will host STEM Meets Mini Golf at Swing ATL, an event where STEM and swing come together.

Families will play an 18-hole round of mini-golf at their own pace while discovering the STEM concepts hiding in every hole: from angles and force to slope and trajectory. The event turns a classic family activity into a hands-on learning experience, showing kids and adults alike how STEM concepts and principles show up in everyday play.

"Our Community STEM Program is all about providing hands-on STEM activities in community spaces that families frequently visit, so we thought hosting a STEM event at a mini-golf course was a great way to connect STEM, sports, and play. We are also excited to support this small business in one of the Metro Atlanta communities we serve, South Fulton county," said Ms. Tokiwa Smith, Executive Director of SEM Link.
