Effective immediately, Rhodes will lead the firm's digital transformation initiatives and its enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy.
The combined mandate reflects how inseparable modernization and security have become for critical-infrastructure operators modernizing SCADA systems, moving to the cloud, and converging IT and operational technology (OT) amid rising ransomware and tightening NERC CIP requirements. Rhodes will shape the firm's technology vision while strengthening the cybersecurity posture of SIS Holdings and the clients it advises — spanning transformation strategy, security operations, risk management, and compliance.

Background
Rhodes joined SIS Holdings Group in 2023 as Chief Digital Officer, delivering fractional CIO and CISO leadership across the firm's client base. He also leads the firm's strategic partnership with Gray Reed Advisory.
He brings more than 25 years of technology and security leadership across the energy, utility, and critical-infrastructure sectors. As Director of Technology at Pedernales Electric Cooperative, he led the NERC CIP implementation that earned Transmission Operator status with ERCOT and the Texas Reliability Entity. As CIO at PLH Group / Power Line Services, he built the IT function from the ground up and supported six M&A integrations as the business grew from $250 million to $950 million.
