HOUSTON - TelAve -- SkillGigs, Inc., an ecommerce talent marketplace that pairs skilled healthcare and technology job seekers with AI-matched work opportunities, today announced the hire of Rasha Sammour as the company's Human Resources Director. In this role, Sammour will develop and evolve the strategic direction of the company's human resource function including solutioning and improving across all aspects of the department.

Sammour brings over 17 years of experience leading HR operations for global organizations.  She most recently served as the Head of HR Transition & Outsourcing Director for Key Global Group, an international advisory & consulting firm, specializing in business development, business structuring & market development. While there, she managed and executed all related activities to Human Resources Projects. Prior to this position, Sammour's previous roles included Human Capital & Administration Manager for Key Jordan, HR Organization Development Supervisor for CAB, and HR Assistant Manager for TOTAL Oil and Gas.
