Update (8:10 p.m.) ~ Springfield Police Department located 13-year-old Kaden Glaser safe and unharmed in the area of College and Scenic at approximately 8 p.m. this evening. The department had issued a report earlier at 7 p.m. stating that Glaser, who is considered low-functioning and has the potential to harm himself, had gone missing from a facility at 1212 W. Lombard around 1:30 p.m.

According to authorities, Glaser is described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red and black flannel shirt and dark athletic shorts.

The Springfield Police Department had asked for the public's assistance in locating Glaser and urged anyone with information to call 911. Thankfully, he has been found safe and sound.
