ST. LOUIS - TelAve -- Jonathan Floyd, founder and president of LeadValets, the St. Louis-based digital marketing agency, has advanced to the Top 20 in the 2026 Entrepreneur of Impact national competition, currently holding the 12th position in his group. Public voting continues through April 30th, 2026. The competition, operated by Colossal.org, awards one entrepreneur a $25,000 prize, a feature placement in Entrepreneur Magazine, and a personal mentoring session with Daymond John, the founder of FUBU and investor.

Floyd entered the competition for one reason: what he plans to do if he wins. If awarded the $25,000 prize, he has committed to giving two small businesses a full year of professional marketing services — valued at more than $20,000 each.

"I became an entrepreneur because I saw too many small businesses struggling to get found — not because they weren't excellent at what they do, but because they were invisible at the moments that mattered," Floyd said. "If I win this, I'm not putting the money into a vacation. I'm putting it into two small businesses that need a real marketing system and can't afford one yet."
