Designed in collaboration with interior specialists Boaz, the space quite literally brings the outside in, creating a calm and contemporary environment that feels both inspiring and restorative. Natural tones, layered lighting, and an intuitive layout combine to create a setting that supports both physical performance and overall well-being.

At the heart of The Gym at St. Mellion is Cornwall's first EGYM smart fitness and wellbeing system. This revolutionary personalised training experience adapts to each user, guiding workouts through intelligent strength-and-conditioning equipment.
