FORT MYERS, Fla. - TelAve -- When a Tampa-based real estate investor needed a last-minute tenant clean-out in San Carlos Park, the situation quickly became urgent due to pressure from the city to get the property cleaned up.

The property had been left in rough condition. A large dumpster bag filled with construction debris — including drywall, lumber, and bricks — sat in the driveway. The investor initially hesitated when asked to pay upfront, explaining that he typically does not pay before work is completed. Florida Junk Removal & Hauling stood firm on its policy.

"I told him to check us out on Google," said the owner. "We've built an impeccable reputation, and that's something we stand on."

After reviewing the company's 5-star ratings and online presence, the investor agreed and sent payment.

Despite preparing to leave on a scheduled flight Sunday morning, Mark made the decision to complete the job before departing.

"I didn't want to leave him hanging," he said. "He trusted us enough to prepay, and I wanted to make sure everything was handled before I left."

The day started early. By 5 a.m., preparations were underway. The truck, trailer, and crew were on the road by 6 a.m., and arrived by 7 a.m. in San Carlos Park.

From there, the full clean-out began.

Debris was removed from the driveway, yard, and surrounding areas, with materials sorted for proper disposal and recycling where possible. The job, which involved a significant amount of mixed waste and construction debris, was completed before noon.
