~ Governor Greg Abbott has recently announced the appointment of Justin Gray to the Lower Neches Valley Authority (LNVA) Board of Directors. Gray, a resident of Lumberton, will serve on the board until July 28, 2027.

The LNVA is responsible for managing and utilizing the waters of the Neches River and its tributaries, including storm and flood waters. This includes authorizing the storage, control, conservation, and distribution of these waters for various purposes such as irrigation, domestic use, industrial use, municipal use, and hydroelectric power.

In addition to his role on the LNVA board, Gray is also a business development manager for Aggreko. He is actively involved in his community as the treasurer of Lumberton Little League. Gray holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Lamar University.

The LNVA may also engage in economic development initiatives within its jurisdiction to promote economic growth and development in the state. With Gray's expertise and experience in both business and community involvement, he is well-equipped to contribute to the LNVA's mission.
