ATLANTA - TelAve -- The SPIN Awards is putting a fun new SPIN on fundraising with its first-ever SPIN-A-THON SPOON-A-THON LIVE-A-THON, happening Wednesday, August 26, 2026, on Facebook Live.

And yes, there will be spoons.

Featuring Appointed, Phoenix Ascar and Yielded, the online fundraiser will bring together fun, conversation and spontaneous moments while raising support for The SPIN Awards.

Adding to the fun, organizers aren't announcing what time the LIVE will begin. The event is a true pop-up, with followers encouraged to keep an eye on The SPIN Awards Facebook page throughout the day and be ready when the broadcast goes live.

The SPIN-A-THON supports The SPIN Awards, which operates under the umbrella of Heart 2 Heart Music Ministries, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Support helps The SPIN Awards continue its mission of recognizing and celebrating the people and platforms of Christian Gospel Radio while creating opportunities for connection, visibility and industry growth.

The fundraiser arrives as The SPIN Awards prepares to mark a major milestone with its 10th Anniversary SPIN Awards Weekend Experience, taking place October 22–24, 2026, in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

The three-day celebration will feature more than 17 experiences, including worship, workshops, industry conversations, networking, showcases and special celebrations. The weekend culminates Saturday with a 100-foot Red Carpet, Live Show and Main Awards Ceremony.

Thursday and Friday Weekend Experiences offer free admission with registration. Tickets are required for Saturday's Main Awards Ceremony.

The SPIN Awards is the first and only national honors platform exclusively for Christian Gospel Radio, recognizing the people and platforms whose work keeps the Gospel moving across the airwaves and beyond.

For 10 years, The SPIN Awards has celebrated station owners, radio stations, program directors, announcers and hosts, DJs, podcasters and others serving across Christian Gospel Radio formats. Hundreds have been recognized through the platform during its first decade.

The 2026 celebration marks 10 years of honoring those who spin the Gospel.
