Thrivez Launches AI Mentor That Remembers Creators' Goals and Builds Their Earning Plan Week by Week
TelAve News/10900032
The AI-powered mentor remembers creators' goals and previous conversations, tracks progress over time, generates business documents on demand, and checks in weekly — as Thrivez surpasses 5,000 active earners and more than $300,000 in payouts.
LONDON - TelAve -- Thrivez, the all-in-one workspace for creators, today announced the launch of its AI Mentor, a personalised earnings coach built directly into every creator's Thrivez Workspace.
Most AI assistants forget everything after each conversation. Thrivez AI Mentor doesn't. It remembers each creator's goals, progress, and previous conversations, so every session builds on the last, rather than starting from zero each time.
Getting started takes about two minutes. A new creator answers five questions about their goals, skills, and current situation, and the AI Mentor immediately generates a personalised earning plan, then tracks progress toward the income milestones the creator sets.
"Most creator platforms help people sell something," said Fotis Karmpas, Founder of Thrivez. "We wanted to build a platform that helps creators decide what to focus on, diversify how they earn, and create recurring income from their audience without relying entirely on subscriptions, sponsorships, or ad revenue."

The AI Mentor (https://thrivez.io/thrivez-ai-mentor/) checks in with creators every week, reviewing progress, celebrating milestones, and adjusting the plan if things fall behind schedule. It also generates professional documents on demand — a CV, cover letter, business plan, or freelance proposal — based on a creator's profile and goals, downloadable as a PDF.
"I had no idea how to price my services or find clients," said Sarah Chen, a graphic designer in London who uses Thrivez. "The mentor walked me through everything step-by-step. I landed my first £500 freelance gig within three weeks."
The AI Mentor builds personalised earning plans across Thrivez's Store, Freelance, Skillmash online courses, Offerwall, Surveys, and Cashback tools, weighting recommendations toward the opportunities that best match each creator's goals.
The launch comes as Thrivez surpasses 5,000 active earners, who have collectively been paid more than $300,000 through the platform to date.
The AI Mentor is available immediately to all Thrivez (https://thrivez.io/) users, including those on the platform's free tier, which requires no credit card to join.
