Tim Tebow to Headline BSI CORE Annual Summit, Bringing Nearly 400 Business Leaders Together at Bethlehem's SteelStacks
TelAve News/10904807
Heisman Trophy winner, former NFL and MLB player and Tim Tebow Foundation founder joins regional and national executives for a day focused on breaking through limits in leadership, workforce, healthcare and organizational performance.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. - TelAve -- Tim Tebow will take the stage at SteelStacks in Bethlehem on Thursday, September 3, as the keynote speaker for BSI Corporate Benefits' 2026 CORE Annual Summit, an invitation-only gathering expected to bring together nearly 400 CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, business owners, HR and benefits executives, community leaders and other decision-makers.
Built around the theme Beyond Limits, CORE will challenge leaders to reconsider the barriers their organizations have learned to accept, from rising healthcare costs and workforce pressures to burnout, leadership challenges and "the way it's always been done."
Tebow, a Heisman Trophy winner, former NFL and professional baseball player, broadcaster and founder of the Tim Tebow Foundation, will deliver the afternoon keynote focused on resilience, purpose, leadership and breaking through perceived limitations. He will then join BSI Founder & CEO Tony DaRe and event emcee Ashley Russo for a live Q&A exploring how lessons from athletics, including preparation, accountability, teamwork, adversity and adapting when the original play doesn't work, translate to leadership and business.

The full-day summit will also feature multigenerational workplace expert and New York Times bestselling author Lindsey Pollak, BSI leaders and regional business and community executives addressing workforce culture, rising healthcare costs, employee retention, compliance, technology, AI, leadership development and community impact.
Healthcare has become one of the most consequential challenges facing employers and American families. At the same time, organizations are navigating changing workforce expectations, employee retention, multigenerational teams, emerging technology and increasing pressure to grow without sacrificing their people or culture. BSI created CORE to bring leaders together around those challenges and push beyond conventional answers.
The 2026 summit also reflects BSI's own approach to growth. The Bethlehem-based firm is one of the largest independent, employee-benefits-only consulting firms in the United States and has intentionally remained independent amid significant consolidation within the benefits industry. BSI continues to invest heavily in people, leadership development, technology and innovation while maintaining a People First philosophy centered on the belief that strong organizational performance and taking exceptional care of people do not have to be competing priorities.
