The move strengthens the company's ability to support forwarders, carriers, and shippers with technology and local expertise across time zones, languages, and regulatory environments.

New leaders appointed to head each market include:

• Ian Mountford, United Kingdom – guiding customers through Import Control System 2 (ICS2 ENS) and GB Safety and Security filings.
• Carlos Serrano, Spain – supporting forwarders and carriers with ICS2 ENS compliance and EU filings.
• Adarsh Vasudev, Canada – expanding Trade Tech's North American coverage alongside U.S. and Mexico operations.
• Toby Edwards, UAE – preparing customers for the Maritime Pre-Load Cargo Information (MPCI) program and driving regional growth.
