DALLAS - TelAve -- A Chance to Learn, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families through comprehensive early education and ongoing support, has announced its 2026 fundraiser, Amaz-ZA-Zing Gala: A Gala for Kids and Their Grown-ups. The family-friendly celebration will take place Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center.

Emceed by media personality Tanya Marie, the "Out of This World"-themed event promises an unforgettable afternoon of fun and purpose in support of AC2L's early childhood and parent-focused programs. Guests will enjoy immersive activities including karaoke, cookie decorating, a seated kid-friendly dinner and program, live entertainment by Dallas Black Dance Theater, a spirited live and silent auction, and plenty of moments on the dance floor.

"At A Chance to Learn, we believe every child deserves more than access—they deserve opportunity, dignity, and a community that truly sees them," said LaToyia Dennis, CEO of A Chance to Learn. "The Amaz-Za-Zing Gala helps us expand the programs and support that allow families to thrive."

The gala will be chaired by award-winning philanthropist Dr. Froswa' Booker, CEO of Soulstice Consultancy, with her daughter Kazai Drew, Director of Impact and Innovation, serving as co-chair. Together, they aim to amplify the event's multigenerational focus on children and their grown-ups.

Highlighting the evening will be the "Kids Say Things Out of This World" panel moderated by CEO of Arete Health and Byron Sanders. The youth-led discussion will feature young influencers including culinary standout Chef Karter, visually impaired pianist Kennedy Wilde, and Willow Dean. The panel will spotlight the power of children's voices to inspire both peers and parents.

"When children are given the mic, they don't just entertain us—they enlighten us," Sanders said. "Creating space for their voices is essential."

Proceeds from the Amaz-Za-Zing Gala will benefit the programs and initiatives of A Chance to Learn. For tickets, sponsorship opportunities, or more information, visit https://achancetolearn.org/events.
