JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - TelAve -- The Urban Land Institute (ULI) of North Florida proudly announces Shad Khan as the District Council's 2026 Visionary Leader. The award recognizes an individual who has made an outstanding contribution within the real estate industry and the community.

Khan is the owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars and is being recognized for his vision and leadership in transforming downtown Jacksonville, including the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, the Miller Electric Center training facility, the Jaguars' business headquarters, the stadium redevelopment, and surrounding area improvements.

The ULI North Florida District Council will present the 2026 Visionary Leader Award to Khan at the ULI North Florida Awards for Excellence Luncheon. The ULI North Florida Awards for Excellence recognizes outstanding real estate projects and organizations throughout the ULI North Florida District Council that demonstrate excellence and best practices in the areas of planning, design, construction, management, financial viability and sustainability. The awards are competitively based and honor exceptional development projects that exemplify ULI North Florida's mission and values. Award submissions will be reviewed by a panel of independent judges from the local and national development community.
