OCALA, Fla. - TelAve -- United Way of Marion County is hiring Natalie McComb as interim president and CEO, effective July 27. This comes after the organization's board of directors accepted the retirement of current president and CEO, Robert Haight.

"United Way of Marion County conducted a national and local search for our President &
CEO position with the retirement of Bob Haight. The organization is thrilled to announce
Natalie McComb has accepted the role of Interim President and CEO," said Alan Keesee,
board chair at UWMC.

McComb was previously the vice president of resource development at UWMC, serving
from 2016 to 2019. Before that, she worked as a United Way campaign director.

"Natalie is an accomplished nonprofit leader with a proven track record of building strong
community partnerships, driving philanthropic investment and delivering measurable
