Vibranium Labs Raises $4.6M in Seed Funding to Scale Vibe AI, the First 24/7 AI Incident Engineer
TelAve News/10884400
NEW YORK, Sept. 18, 2025 ~ Vibranium Labs, a leading technology company, has recently announced that it has secured $4.6 million in seed funding to expand its innovative AI Site Reliability Engineer (AI SRE) known as Vibe AI. This cutting-edge technology utilizes multimodal agentic technology to proactively monitor, triage, and resolve IT incidents and outages. As a 24/7 AI incident engineer, Vibe AI is designed to help businesses anticipate and prevent critical incidents, resolve issues faster, reduce engineering toil, and ultimately transform system uptime into a competitive advantage in today's increasingly digital world.
The funding round was led by Calibrate Ventures and Mirae Asset and will be used to accelerate product innovation, expand Vibranium's engineering and go-to-market teams, and strengthen partnerships in industries where downtime is not an option. These industries include finance, healthcare, media/entertainment, e-commerce/retail, and defense. The round also saw participation from other notable investors such as a16z, Franklin Templeton, Plug and Play, Gaingels, Wildcard Capital, FalconX, and DCG.
Vibranium Labs has also recently been recognized as one of AWS' inaugural agentic AI partners. This prestigious recognition places Vibranium alongside other top companies like Salesforce and Splunk in AWS's first-ever agentic AI marketplace. This marketplace highlights innovative agentic solutions and tools for enterprises.

Sang Lee, Co-Founder and CEO of Vibranium Labs who previously worked at Google and AWS as an AI Engineer and SRE stated that "Every outage carries hidden costs - lost revenue, shaken confidence, eroded trust." He went on to explain that for years the incident response process has followed the same script - a senior engineer getting woken up at 2 am on a Saturday to join a bridge call while juggling multiple communication channels just to piece together what went wrong. This process is not only stressful and inefficient but also unsustainable.
Vibe AI aims to change this reality by acting as an always-on incident engineer and seamlessly integrating into existing incident management tools. It takes care of the midnight triage, pulls context from various fragmented tools, surfaces relevant history and knowledge, and recommends the most likely fix - all before a human even logs in. This not only saves time but also provides teams with speed, clarity, and reliability from the very start, protecting their systems as well as their sleep, sanity, and company's reputation.
Vibranium Labs is already working with customers across various industries including Fortune 1000 companies. Its technology has helped these companies cut mean time to resolution (MTTR) by up to 85%, protect millions in revenue, and strengthen trust in an always-on digital age.

Jason Schoettler, co-founder and managing partner of Calibrate Ventures expressed his confidence in Vibe AI's potential to permanently change incident management for companies around the world. He stated that "At Calibrate, we're proud to be funding Vibranium Labs as they scale and grow to supply millions with the outage support they need." With major global outages like the 2024 Crowdstrike outage highlighting the fragility of global infrastructure, Vibe AI is becoming a must-have for enterprise infrastructure stability. It is built for a future where reliability is not just a contractual SLA commitment but also the foundation of brand equity, customer trust, and long-term enterprise value.
In conclusion, Vibranium Labs' innovative Vibe AI technology has received significant funding that will allow it to continue its mission of transforming incident management for businesses across various industries. With its ability to anticipate and prevent critical incidents while providing faster resolutions and reducing engineering toil, Vibe AI is set to become a game-changer in today's digital landscape.
