Silver, Reposado and Añejo ship to retail and on-premise accounts beginning in September.
DAYTON, Ohio - TelAve -- Viva Agave, an additive free, 100% Blue Weber agave spirit produced in Jalisco, Mexico, is now available in Connecticut. North American Beverage Selections, the MD&S Distributors division carrying the brand, begins shipping to retail and on-premise accounts in September.
Connecticut accounts will carry Viva Agave Silver and Reposado in 750ml, 1L and 1.75L formats, and Añejo in 750ml. Viva Agave is imported by Two Sons Imports LLC.
Viva Agave has been in production since the late 1990s and was registered in Mexico in 2002. It sold there for nearly two decades, from Walmart and Soriana shelves to neighborhood cantinas, before reaching the United States in 2019. The agave is sourced from independent family farms in Jalisco and harvested at full maturity.
"We're excited to bring Viva Agave to the Connecticut market," said Steven Frederico, Vice President of Sales at North American Beverage Selections. "This is an agave spirit Connecticut has been missing. There is nothing else out there with this quality and integrity behind it."

The core line is bottled at 80 proof, 40% ABV. It is additive-free, gluten-free, non-GMO and contains no added sugar. It holds its own in margaritas, palomas and other citrus-forward drinks.
Samples, pricing and point-of-sale materials are available to Connecticut buyers and operators through North American Beverage Selections or from Two Sons Imports directly.
About Viva Agave:
Viva Agave is a 100% Blue Weber agave spirit, the additive-free tequila alternative. Harvested late for a richer agave profile, with nothing added: no syrups, no added color, no shortcuts.
Viva Agave is imported by Two Sons Imports LLC. Hecho en Mexico. Distilled and bottled in Jalisco.
