The Wisconsin Chapter of NAELA is a professional organization for attorneys who serve older adults, individuals with disabilities, and their families. Hein has practiced law in Wisconsin since 2009. His professional background includes elder law, estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, protective placement, and Social Security disability representation. Before entering private practice, Hein worked within the Social Security disability adjudication system as a decision writer and trainer.

Hein earned both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration. His combined legal, business, financial, and government-benefits experience informs his approach to complex elder law and estate planning matters.
