Helms joins WorkHere after serving as manager of global recruiting for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget) and as strategic account director for enterprise accounts for social recruiting website Jobvite. Helms has also served in various HR and recruiting leadership positions for Yoh, ASSIA, Tradescape and Midwest Transmission System Operator (MISO).
