Our Story:
One spring day the newlywed couple, Markley & Laura set sail aboard their yacht, SteelQueen, in one fateful adventure. The wine was flowing and the snacks were set when a large wave caused a grape to roll to the deck where it was quickly gobbled up by the pup, Sailor. Knowing that grapes can cause serious problems for dogs, just one grape can kill a dog,  the couple quickly handled the situation by calling poison control – and an idea was born in that moment.
Why drink wine made from grapes? Why not use blueberries, a known super food and a berry not at all harmful for dogs. And so the couple set out on the journey to craft a fine dry blueberry wine, and "Youthful Reserve" was born.
