TULSA, Okla. - TelAve -- This Universal Day is designed to invite all people, regardless of faith, culture, or background, to begin the new year with collective unity, reflection, and compassion for all living life.

Annual Spiritual Day is intentionally non-denominational and not tied to any specific belief system. Its purpose is to foster a universal practice of peace and kindness, guiding humanity to start the year with gratitude and a deeper connection to the world around them.

"I realized that when each heart finds harmony, the whole universe begins to heal," says Roy Shaa. "Annual Spiritual Day was born from the simple truth that this moment of stillness belongs to every living being."

🕊 How to Celebrate: Simple, Peaceful & Inclusive

The observance encourages simple, inclusive actions that create a global wave of peace:

1. The Moment of Unity:
• At 12:00 noon (local time), participants are invited to pause for one minute of silence, meditation, or reflection on peace and gratitude. This creates a powerful, traveling wave of unity across all time zones.
2. Awareness in Action:
• Participants are encouraged to spend time in nature, meditate, or perform a kind act of service.
• This includes offering food, kindness, or care to any living being—human, animal, or the natural world—symbolizing our shared existence and compassion for all life.
3. New Year Intention (Optional):
• Set one clear spiritual intention for the year ahead, such as mindfulness, forgiveness, or kindness.

The official emblem features a golden lion's face on a white background with an ash-gray aura, symbolizing peace, strength, and spiritual balance. The vision is to transform the reflection embedded in the art into a global practice of kindness and unity.
