TelAve News/10906314
BRASELTON, Ga. - TelAve -- Longtime principal and partner Scott Hester has completed the acquisition of Asa Carlton, Inc., marking a new chapter for the nationally respected construction firm.

Subsequent to the acquisition, Hester further solidified the company's leadership structure with longtime key manager and company President Nathan Artman acquiring an ownership interest in Asa Carlton. Artman has been with the company for 20 years and has played an integral role in its operations, growth, and client relationships.

For Asa Carlton's clients and partners, the transition provides continuity in leadership, relationships, and operational capabilities while creating an even stronger platform for continued growth.

"After nearly 24 years as a partner in this business, this acquisition brings clarity and momentum to where we go next," said Hester. "We have a tremendous foundation, and our focus now is to continue investing in our people, strengthening our client relationships, and building on the capabilities that have made Asa Carlton a trusted construction partner nationwide."

Operating in nearly all 50 states and Puerto Rico, Asa Carlton serves industries where consistency, speed, and precision are essential, and where successful execution must be repeatable across locations and markets.

Under Hester and Artman's leadership, Asa Carlton's core focus remains unchanged: delivering exceptional work while serving as a steady, knowledgeable partner to clients operating in complex, highly regulated, and fast-moving environments.

"I'm proud to take this next step with Scott and to have an ownership stake in a company I've spent much of my career helping build. We have a strong foundation and a tremendous opportunity ahead of us," said Artman.

The new ownership structure ensures continuity for clients while positioning Asa Carlton for thoughtful growth. Hester and Artman share an emphasis on long-term partnerships, operational precision, and maintain a deep respect for the communities and industries the company serves.
