Nothing is booked until the deposit is paid.

The agent is built for barbers, braiders, salons, nail techs, and lash, brow and skin pros, whose hands are usually busy with a client when the phone rings.

The agent answers incoming calls, books the client into the shop's own menu and texts a Square deposit link that is good for 15 minutes. The appointment is confirmed only after the deposit is paid, so phone bookings follow the same deposit rule as online ones.
