LOS ANGELES - TelAve -- In a world of constant notifications, information overload and competing demands, internationally acclaimed sacred dancer and transformational spiritual embodiment teacher Banafsheh Sayyad will offer a free live online experiential workshop, Gather Your Scattered Energy With Sacred Dance, on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 5:30 PM PT.

The event invites participants to explore a body-centered approach to maintaining focus and presence while attention is continually pulled in different directions.

Sayyad, founder of Dance of Oneness®, teaches that focus can be experienced as a whole-being capacity that unifies body and soul into coherence. During the event, she will guide participants through the Infinity Wave, a foundational Dance of Oneness® practice inspired by the sacred geometry of the figure eight.

Through sacred movement and the wisdom of the Earth and cosmos, participants will explore ways to gather scattered attention and ground in the body as an anchor for calm, clarity and resilience. The practice cultivates balance, harmony and flow while helping participants move from distraction toward embodied presence.

The experience also explores how everyday activities such as walking, preparing food, listening and creating can become opportunities for greater awareness and embodied spiritual practice.

Drawing from decades of sacred dance, mysticism, Chinese medicine and spiritual practice, Sayyad created Dance of Oneness® as a path of embodied awakening that includes a feminine approach to Sufi whirling. Her work approaches the body as a portal between the seen and unseen and a temple for spiritual evolution, healing and transformation.
