TelAve News/10902860
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - TelAve -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty was named one of Florida's Best Companies To Work For by Florida Trend magazine. This is the fourth consecutive year the real estate company has received the honor.
"Our company is known for creating a dynamic workplace culture of excellence, innovation and service that supports personal and professional growth," said Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty President Ann King. "When people are thriving and enjoying what they do, it does not feel like work — it feels like we are creating something bigger together. We value our team and we believe in providing the support, environment and recognition that empowers everyone to achieve success."
The annual Best Companies To Work For In Florida list, featured in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine, ranks companies in small, medium, and large employer categories. Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
