The wins follow a strong year of recognition for T. Jones Group at the 2026 HAVAN Awards. The company was also nominated for Custom Home Builder of the Year and Residential Renovator of the Year, with project-specific recognition across custom homes, renovations, outdoor living, interior design, and special feature categories. Nominated projects included Haven Lane, Arbutus Gallery, Ocean Retreat, and Aqua Vista Penthouse.

Arbutus Gallery was designed as the central gathering space of the home, with the kitchen serving as both a functional anchor and a refined design statement. The project balances everyday usability with elevated detailing through thoughtful material selection, precise execution, and a seamless connection to the surrounding interiors. The result is a kitchen renovation that reflects how luxury home renovation in Vancouver can elevate everyday spaces through clarity, craftsmanship, and intentional design.

Ocean Retreat, overlooking False Creek, was thoughtfully reimagined to bring together a lifetime of travel, art, and family into one calm, contemporary residence. The condominium renovation reflects a careful balance of comfort, refinement, and long-term livability. Every detail was considered to support the homeowners' lifestyle while creating a peaceful, personal, and enduring home.
