PLYMOUTH, Mass. - TelAve -- BIMstream, a digital delivery and reality capture firm serving public infrastructure clients across the United States, today announced that Co-Founder and CEO Nishan Kohli will present at the Campus FM Technology Association (CFTA) 2026 Annual Conference, August 4-6 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Kohli will present alongside Sarah Brown of Northeastern University, and Peter Garran and Sam Margolis of BIMstream, in a session titled "Scan It, Model It, Use It: Putting BIM Data to Work for Your Campus." The session is scheduled for Wednesday, August 5, 1:45-2:30 PM CT.

The session will address how higher education institutions can move from reality capture projects to operational BIM data - closing the gap between what gets scanned and what facilities teams actually use on a day-to-day basis. The presentation draws on BIMstream's ongoing work with Northeastern University's Planning, Real Estate and Facilities department.
