• Precision Smith Station:  The integrated Smith bar glides on sealed linear bearings for smooth, frictionless movement. It offers a 600 lb. weight capacity, 17 lockout positions, and integrated safety spotters for confident solo workouts.
• Dual High/Low Pulley System:  Isolateral exercises are seamless thanks to high- and low-pulley stations equipped with combination plates for single-attachment accessories.
• Half-Rack Expandability:  Users can transform the GSFR100 into a free-weight half-rack with a massive 1,000 lb. capacity by adding optional J-cups (SPRJC) and spotter arms (SPRSA).
• Broad Attachment Compatibility:  The unit accommodates a wide range of Body-Solid attachments, including jammer arms, a belt squat attachment, a hip thruster platform, a monolift attachment, dip handles, and T-bar rows.
• Included Accessories & Premium Finish:  Every GSFR100 comes standard with an integrated pull-up bar, aluminum lat and row bars, two aluminum cable handles, an ankle cuff, and a triceps rope. Optional full-length steel shrouds (GSFR100SH) featuring laser-cut logos are also available for enhanced safety and an elevated aesthetic.
